Daniel’s practice areas include civil litigation, debt collections, creditor bankruptcy, and criminal defense. Daniel has extensive experience as a litigator in the court of Mississippi, having previously served as the District Attorney for the 13th Circuit Court, Simpson County Public Defender, Simpson County School Board Attorney, Town Attorney for New Hebron, City Prosecutor for Prentiss, and collections attorney for numerous banks. He is licensed to practice law in all courts in the State of Mississippi, Northern and Southern Federal District Courts, and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
In 1996, Daniel earned a Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in political science and minoring in philosophy, from the University Honors College at the University of Southern Mississippi, and in 1997, a Master of Arts degree in political science from the Graduate School at the University of Southern Mississippi. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Mississippi in 2000.
Daniel is married to the former Linda Russell from Shivers, MS.
