Andy D. Segrest

Andy’s legal practice is concentrated in the area of real estate transactions specializing in real estate closings and other real estate/title legal matters.

Before forming RandallSegrest, PLLC, he worked for Realty Advantage Title & Escrow, LLC, a real estate title company, as its closing attorney. Andy began his legal career as an associate with Daniel, Coker, Horton, & Bell.

He is an authorized title insurance agent for First American Title Insurance Company, Mississippi Valley Title Insurance Company and United General Title Insurance Company.  He is also a member of the Tri-County Real Estate Lawyer's Association..

Andy has performed training in the area of residential closings to real estate agents and other professionals in the metro Jackson area.  He is licensed to practice in every Mississippi Court and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Andy is a cum laude graduate of The University of Mississippi where he earned his BA in Liberal Arts and was a member of the Sigma Nu Fraternity. He received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Mississippi School of Law where he was a member of the Moot Court Board and served on the Trial Competition Committee.

Andy grew up in Jackson, Mississippi where he graduated from Jackson Preparatory School. He is married to the former Anna Ewell and has two sons. He and his family are active members at Trinity Presbyterian Church.
