 Jason
E. Weeks
Jason’s practice focuses primarily on
construction and commercial litigation
as well as business transactions. His
clients include contractors, both
residential and commercial,
subcontractors, design professionals and
owners. He regularly assists clients
with their business from choosing the
proper business entity to operate under,
licensing requirements, contract
negotiation and advice during
construction as well as representing his
clients in arbitration or litigation as
required.
Jason is a 2000
graduate of the University of
Mississippi School of Law and a 1997
graduate of Mississippi State
University. He has been a speaker at
various trade organization meetings,
including Associated Builders and
Contractors of Mississippi, the Jackson
Homebuilders’ Association and the
Mississippi chapter of the American
Subcontractors Association. Jason has
also authored numerous publications
related to Mississippi construction law.
